Celine Chain Symphony Bittersweet Bag

The Celine Bittersweet Bag is a wonderful design. Its' slightly structured, slightly slouch shape is a breath of fresh air, and the soft leather, comfortable top handles and functional interior are always a hit. So why would Celine screw up a good thing?

The Chain Symphony Bittersweet Bag sports all the customary 'Bittersweet' features such as polished silver-tone hardware, bottom pleating detail, clever foldover leather charm-weighted cords, zip top closure, and a multi-functional interior, but, for some unexplainable reason, the folks at Celine mar the bag's beautiful, smooth leather exterior with an elaborate front/back tonal embroidered chain-pattern. I just don't get it. It's like putting zebra-print car seats inside a Volvo. Why would anyone ever do that, right? Completely unnecessary.

If this version of the Bittersweet Bag strikes your fancy, you can scoop one up for $1500 via eLUXURY.
