Fendi Bubble Chef Tote Bag: Trash Or Treasure?

The Chef Tote Bag is one of my all-time favorite Fendi styles, which makes this disaster of a rendition even more painful for me to stomach. This poor, sad Bubble Chef Tote Bag looks like it's in desperate need of a drink of water. The bubble textured leather is quite soft plus the style itself is very practical. Measuring 17 x 11 x 7, the 'Bubble Chef' is large enough to store all your daily essentials while feeling surprisingly sturdy. Features include brass hardware accents, rolled leather top handles, zip top closure, large metal logo medallion, center wrap-around leather strip, gathered front detailing and fully lined interior with large zipped pocket. Sounds great, right? I know, I know. That's why I'm so thoroughly disappointed.
A message to Fendi - Please stop fiddling with established designs. Leave well enough alone. Why? Because a waffle plus a cracked desert lake bed do not equal a fabulous handbag.

If you'd like to rescue this thirsty bag and nurse it back to health, it's waiting for your loving touch. Your "good Samaritan" mission will cost you $1930 via Net-A-Porter. Are you willing to help it out or does it deserve its' sad fate? Is the Fendi Bubble Chef Tote Bag trash or treasure?
