MCM Patent Tote Bag

It's no secret I've been longing for the new MCM Patent Tote Bag. Now that it's finally available stateside, I can't decide which color I love the most - trendy greyish silver, sleek black or fierce-looking purple! Color choices aside, this modern tote from 80s accessories giant MCM boasts silver-tone hardware, contrast topstitching detail, dual top handles, removable adjustable patent leather shoulder strap, double zip top closure, two front pockets with buckle accents and magnetic snap closures and lined interior with zip, pouch and patch pockets. Measuring 13.5 x 8 x 6, this sophisticated bag is a fine addition to any handbag collection that won't make you cringe twenty years from now. MCM's dueling lions logo is replaced by a more understated logo plate on the bag's front and the lions are relegated to decorative accents on the zip top pull tabs.

This Patent Tote Bag is a great fall handbag choice, and from MCM no less. My how the fashion world turns. Available for $995 via Bloomingdale's

I'd say go for the purple!
