Bottega Veneta Intrecciato Nappa Hobo

I'm back, ladies. Did you miss me? Well I certainly missed sitting in front of my trusty computer to write a few sage words about our favorite fashion obsession. My grandmother is still recuperating from a tough week of surgery and post-op treatments so my posting schedule will be a bit sparse for the next couple of weeks, but I will be updating several times a week.

While I was sitting at the hospital, I couldn't help but notice all the lovely handbags that crossed my path. Who knew I'd see such a varied collection of designer handbags at a hospital! I admired the selections I chanced upon - mostly Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Prada - but one detail which kept coming to my attention was the total absence of color among the yummy arm candy parade. I know it's fall and the color palette tends to be on the dark side, but this is Miami - there is no "fall" here. So in the hopes that my fellow Miamians embrace the upcoming resort season (and let's face it, it's always resort season around these parts), I'm offering a stunning, classic and very colorful designer handbag as the perfect option.

Leave it to Bottega Veneta to provide the ideal resort bag to handbag lovers. This bright and cheerful mustard-hued Intrecciato Nappa Hobo sports a relaxed silhouette with the timeless Bottega Veneta intrecciato-patterned exterior. Features include a single top handle, zip top closure and suede-lined interior with zip and pouch pockets. This elegant bag measures an ample 16 x 11 x 3 which makes it large enough to use as an everyday "go-to" bag. Nab this BV hobo for $1490 via Saks.
