Versace Greek Key Shoulder Bag

I'll admit that I come across a Versace bag I like about as often as I get a chance to have a facial (almost never), so finding this jem of a bag took me by surprise. The Greek Key Shoulder Bag (pictured above) features a greek key quilted pattern throughout as well as a large, acrylic greek key logo on the front. This is perhaps the main reason why I like it. That dreaded "Medusa" icon Versace splatters on practically everything is nowhere to be seen. That's not the only reason I fancy this design, though.

The black patent leather/chain shoulder straps, so reminiscent of Chanel, are my favorite design accent for the fall. It's a great way of adding a little extra something to your look without drowning yourself in jewelry. The satin-lined interior has plenty of space (at 20 x 11 x 6, this bag is BIG) to store your essentials plus a good number of smaller pockets for all your nic nacs. Priced under $2000 makes the Greek Key Shoulder Bag both desirable and attainable. It's a suitable alternative if you can't afford Chanel just yet.

Available for $1730 via Saks Fifth Avenue
