I'm developing a deep love of
chocolate/espresso/mocha handbags. The color is so rich and inviting, I can't decide whether I want to wear the bags or bite into them. The
Salvatore Ferragamo Vara Nilo Hobo in
chocolate is my latest obsession. It was the color that first caught my attention, but the overall design is fabulous as well. The hobo silhouette is accented with beautiful gathered detailing. The folds of leather are held in place with tonal clips running along the center exterior of the bag. There's a single top handle and an open top with magnetic closure. I love the designs' sophisticated simplicity. It relies on manipulating the supple calfskin leather in order to achieve a visually enticing aesthetic and the design decision pays off in spades. It appears that many of this season's Salvatore Ferragamo bags focus on subtle detailing, particularly along the center of the bag. The designs are most definitely appealing, and employing such versatile colors as this chocolate brown on them doesn't hurt either. If you think brown is not the best spring/summer color, put on a billowing nude-colored blouse or dress and compliment it with this bag. I promise you'll look amazing.
