Jimmy Choo Bardia Hobo

I'm in serious handbag heaven today. New fall handbags are popping up all over the web, and I'm making my list of favorites as we speak. Some of my personal favorites are coming from Jimmy Choo in the form of the Blythe Satchel and Odette Tote, both of which I reviewed last week. Just when I thought things couldn't possibly get any better, they did. The hobo version of the Blythe Satchel is my new obsession. I really mean obsession as I can't stop talking about it, thinking about it or day-dreaming about.

All the fabulous 80's punk-inspired detailing of the 'Blythe' can also be found on the Jimmy Choo Bardia Hobo. What I love about the 'Bardia' is the fact that the hobo silhouette shows off the aforementioned detailing off in a more youthful, care-free way. I thought the Blythe Satchel was fabulous, but a bit too "stuffy" for the younger set. The 'Bardia' is a wonderful compromise for those of you that liked the 'Blythe's' look but not its shape. It's a roomy bag (13 x 11 x 6) so you won't be sacrificing space for style. Unlike the 'Blythe', the Bardia Hobo has a zippered pocket on the front exterior ideal for storing keys or a cell-phone. By the way, the detachable leather logo strap makes a nifty key chain holder. Think of it as an accessory thrown in just to sweeten the deal (as if this fabulous bag needed it). If the textured leather versions of the 'Bardia' seem too safe, there's a crushed patent leather rendition (right) that's even more glam.

Buy the Bardia Hobo in black, red or brown textured leather or black crushed patent leather for $1695 via JimmyChoo.com

We carry a lot of bags but Jimmy Choo isn't one of them. However, we wish we did. Great quality and tip-top style.
