Foley + Corinna Delancey Day Bag

I am never surprised by the ingenuity behind Foley + Corinna handbags. Like most of their designs, the Delancey Day Bag converts from one style to another with relative ease. This design can be used as a hobo, tote or travel bag by pulling a zipper or using a couple of clips. The seam detailing creates the illusion of different panels pieced together giving this bag some added structure. The zippered top handle is my favorite part of the bag. Want a sturdy hobo, just keep the handle zipped up. Need more ease getting in and out of the bag's interior, then leave the handle unzipped. The 'Delancey' is roomy measuring 13 x 15 x 6 with a 10" handle drop and detachable 17" shoulder strap, but, even with these large dimensions, it won't overwhelm a smaller frame. The trick will be to keep the amount of items inside the bag down to a respectable level. Sometimes a bag can look big on a petite woman through no fault of its own. If you overstuff a bag, you change how the bag was intended to look and feel. So be kind to your bags, ladies. Enough with the lecturing, right? Let's get back to the bag in question. The 'Delancey' is a chic yet practical bag with simple detailing and tons of style. For $450, you get a great bag without a hefty price tag attached to it.
