The minimalist in all of us craves bags equipped to convey style and function in a sleek, subtle manner. The fact that one of these chic and simple bags comes from Michael Kors is the rather shocking part. Not that his clothes aren't the epitome of casual chic style. We all know they are. It's just that his accessories can sometimes border on being, how shall I put this, tacky. I still love me a good MK bag like the Zuma Satchel I reviewed last week, but bags like that seem to be the exception rather than the norm when it comes to Michael Kors. Fortunately, the Runway Clutch compensates for all the other clunky, over-the-top MK bags to come our way over the past few years.There is so much to love about the Runway Clutch, ladies. Its sleek, envelope-style silhouette and framed top are stunning to behold. This espresso version of the 'Runway' (pictured) is gorgeous, and the gold-tone hardware only enhances the bag's refined, luxurious look. You'll never complain about a lack of storage space with its spacious 15 x 8 x 2.5 size. The Runway Clutch also comes in python-embossed leather as well as additional colors like neon pink, yellow and orange. I suppose if you want to do neons, this simple clutch is the best way to pull it off in a non-fashion victim way. I can't really imagine a minimalist going for the funky colors, though. Stick with the dark brown version just to be safe.
