Spring Marshmallows

Thought I'd keep things light and fluffy today with one of the prettiest Spring 2010 trends: the arrival of soft bags in pastel marshmallow colors. In many ways, these colors make for great spring neutrals that can match in with the simplest of wardrobes. Take this pale pink shoulder bag--it's pure loveliness and I love everything about it from the gathered pockets to the simple but elegant turn clasp closure--and the divine color of course!

In general I'm over big bags, but the drape of this marshmallow soft Gianfranco Ferre bag has my mouth watering.

Then there's this pale milk chocolate shoulder bag from Valentino to consider.

Of course my favorite chocolate bag is still the Fendi Peek-a-Boo Tote that has already been much discussed on this blog!
